We are seeking a driven Facilities Services Sales Executive to help grow our Facility Services division through strategic business development and consultative solution selling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities for multi-year Facility Services Agreements.
- Target executive-level decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, and COOs of organizations with significant facility portfolios.
- Qualify leads and assess client needs to determine fit for Brewer-Garrett's facility service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized facility management and service solutions.
- Lead financial and operational discussions to demonstrate the value and cost savings of proposed solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and service proposals.
- Negotiate and close new Facility Services Agreements.
- Partner with Operations teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of sold agreements.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, bookings, and CRM activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of business-to-business solution sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of service sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of cold calling/business development experience.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions and close high-value agreements.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
