Route Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

Start your day reviewing your route, inspecting a well-maintained box truck, and heading out to deliver accuracy and service. Between stops, you’ll keep customers updated, document each drop, and return to the warehouse to help keep products flowing. If you like a mix of time on the road and hands-on work in the warehouse, this hybrid role is for you.

Hourly pay: $20.00–$21.44

A Day in the Life

• Conduct safe, professional operation of company vehicles at all times.
• Follow assigned routes to deliver orders on time and with precision.
• Unload and neatly stack product at customer locations, providing courteous service.
• Complete delivery documents and logs with accurate, legible information.
• Jump into warehouse tasks: receiving inbound freight, stocking shelves, picking and shipping orders.
• Build and stage customer orders, including palletizing for shipment.
• Store goods by product code/sequence for easy retrieval and inventory control.
• Perform daily cycle counts; record adjustments and keep inventory data current.
• Research and resolve freight variances, damages, or claims.
• Keep aisles and work areas spotless—sweep, remove trash, and follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Hands-on experience operating 26’ box trucks (required).
• Background with forklifts or reach trucks is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort reading and following work instructions, manifests, and documentation.
• Professional, respectful communication with customers and teammates.
• Solid basic math skills for counts, measures, and reconciliations.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs .
• Reliable, on-time, and able to keep pace with deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
