Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign coordination, brand promotion, and communications. Responsibilities * Support the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials. * Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support marketing strategies. * Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and promotional efforts. * Support event marketing activities and community outreach initiatives. * Maintain accurate marketing records, databases, and documentation. * Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing objectives and business goals. * Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
