Are you a natural leader who likes working with your hands and takes pride in doing things right? We’re looking for Driver/Team Captains — the face of our business on every job. You’ll lead a 2–5 person crew, drive our box truck, and deliver a stress-free experience our customers rave about.

No moving industry experience needed — we train from day one. Our founders started as movers. If you’re reliable, positive, and ready to grow, we want to talk.

What You’ll Earn

$15–$18/hr depending on experience

Our customers tip generously — average an additional 25% on top of base pay

Performance based pay based on client satisfaction and performance on the job

What You’ll Do

1. Drive our box truck safely to job sites (small to medium box trucks — no CDL required)
2. Lead your crew through moving, loading, unloading, and junk removal jobs
3. Deliver a friendly, professional, stress-free experience for every customer
4. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Always be branding.

Schedule & Availability

Jobs typically run 7 AM – 5 PM but can be longer

We work 7 days a week — we work when jobs are scheduled

Full-time candidates must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Part-time considered for strong candidates

Who We’re Looking For

1. Valid driver’s license required — must be comfortable driving box trucks (20 to 26' box trucks — no CDL required)
2. Must be 21 years old and have a minimum of 3 years experience driving your personal vehicle
3. Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet all day
4. Must pass a pre-employment background check
5. Eligible to work in the United States
6. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, or delivery is a plus — but not required
