Position Overview Our retail client is looking for a freelance produce to help their team. The Photo Studio Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the studio environment. This role includes managing the studio's operations, coordinating set team, and leading the production team to ensure that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

This is an On-site freelance role in Columbus, OH, up to 40 hours a week with hours of - 7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30 depending on the shoot. They are hoping for a start date of 10/15 but would get someone started earlier if possible and would go through the end of March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the production studio
• In charge of hair and makeup, models, making sure sets are running smoothly, and helping plan studio for following week shoots.
• Ensure that all production milestones are met on time and within budget
• Supervise the production team and provide guidance throughout the production process
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress
• Implement and uphold safety and studio protocols during production

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer in a production studio environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in casting and talent management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of photo and lighting techniques is a plus
