Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all field activities for our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the production of high-quality structures while maintaining the project schedule and budget. Responsibilities- Manage, coordinate, and supervise all field activities.
- Produce quality structures on schedule and under budget.
- Direct all activities of subcontractors and self-perform associates.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.

- General contractor
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects
- Experience in renovation, addition, and new construction projects
