Entry Level Office Assistant Position

Essential Job Functions: - Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Pay invoices and enter payments into the system
- Organize check runs to pay vendors
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries
- Communicate with customers regarding collections of past due invoices
- Reconcile credit card and bank statements
- Process financial statements along with creating reports
- All other duties assigned by management

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibility. Education: High School Diploma or GED Qualifications & Skills: REQUIRED: Entry level experience in Accounts Receivable, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to use accounting software and ability to maintain accurate records. PREFERRED: Experience in the use of SYSPRO
