What We’re Looking For:

• Recent or current experience as an Automotive Service Technician, Production Technician, or Flat-Rate Technician

• Ford or Lincoln experience preferred but not mandatory; ASE certifications considered an asset

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Physical capability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong professional references and ability to successfully pass a background check
