Location: Washington Township, OH 45459
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $32–$35/hour (Full-Time)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer with a strong HVAC background to support a portfolio of retail locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and maintaining high standards across multiple facilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems
• Travel between multiple sites to ensure all facilities are operating at optimal performance
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and manage general facility upkeep
• Inspect, clean, calibrate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
• Monitor system performance, record readings, and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Coordinate and evaluate work performed by external contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of materials
• Identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to improve safety and efficiency

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and commercial building systems
• EPA 608 Type II Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions independently
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Trade school training in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems
