Data Entry Specialist (3-4 Month Temp Assignment)

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining claims data in our systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Please note additional position details below:
- This is a temporary position that will last for 3 - 4 months.
- The pay for the position starts at $20/hr, depending on experience.
- The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Eastern Time - 40 hrs/week.
- The position will be on a hybrid schedule and will be based out of our office located on 4055 Embassy Pkwy, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
- You must have strong typing skills and strong attentiion to detail in this data entry role.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Retrieve and process data as requested by team members or management.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Follow data entry procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and security.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
