Day to day as an Estimator
As an Estimator at Marous Brothers Construction, you will dive into a dynamic daily routine that involves analyzing blueprints and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates. You will collaborate closely with project managers and architects to ensure all project needs are accurately captured. Your day will also include conducting site visits to assess project conditions and gather vital data for accurate estimations. Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and quotes will be essential, as will staying informed about industry trends and material costs. Often, you will need to participate in team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas that contribute to the bidding process.

Additionally, you'll be tasked with presenting your estimates clearly, showcasing your findings confidently to stakeholders. This mix of analytical work and creative problem-solving will ensure your days are both challenging and rewarding.
