Front Desk Support Part Time
: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and will have excellent communication skills using both the phone and computer. They will be detail oriented, love helping others, able to multi-task and take on additional duties when requested. Preferred administrative support experience in medical, dental or mental health (or related setting). This position may require you to work at more than one clinic site. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Schedule clients in the Electronic Medical Record (Carelogic) Check clients in Gather client information Insurance verification Intake and new client set up (as needed) Make reminder calls Scan documents to client charts Qualifications: Previous office experience in related setting Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build interact with clients in a pleasant and professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take direction. Punctual/reliable Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Computer skills a must Customer Service experience required. Evening Hours Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour Job Types: Part-time Experience: Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Associate (Preferred) High School Diploma or GED
