Primary Activities/Duties

• Lead and oversee operational leadership including Supervisors and Team Leaders for assigned areas.
• Apply the annual performance review process for direct reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery reliability, and team morale across all shifts.
• Manage staffing levels and maintain approved rosters.
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Establish and maintain 6S workplace standards to ensure a visitor-ready environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to pursue “Total Rittal” solutions for operational challenges.
• Coach teams to improve material flow and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize work area layout and eliminate waste.
• Represent operations in planning discussions and improvement initiatives.
• Promote and teach principles of “World Class” manufacturing through Rittal Production System (RPS) teams.
• Demonstrate effective project management and act as a role model for continuous learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Process or Manufacturing Engineering required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership environment.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Solid understanding of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams across geographic locations.
• Experience managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in electronic or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
