Large GC looking for Site Superintendents for Large Affordable Multifamily Construction Renovations in Cincinnati, OH.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• OSHA 30
• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent - Multifamily experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (daily, and for short/long-term travel assignments)
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline driven
