The Role
As an Experienced New Car Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the purchase or lease of new Ford vehicles while delivering a straightforward, respectful buying experience. You will work closely with Sales and Finance leadership to close deals efficiently and ethically.
This is a floor-focused role for professionals who know how to sell, follow up, and build long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers on the showroom floor and conduct needs-based consultations
- Present and demonstrate new Ford vehicles, including test drives
- Maintain strong product and inventory knowledge through regular lot walks
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers on pricing, trade values, and financing
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand features and technology
- Participate in training, meetings, and manufacturer programs
