British Swim School is a nationwide provider of survival and stroke development swim lessons with an enhanced focus on a gentle, fun and progressive aquatics program. We are looking for fun-loving individuals to join our award-winning team of swim instructors and local heroes!

British Swim School has been teaching swim lessons via our signature method for 40 years. We are confident we can train anyone on how to teach our curriculum - as long as they enjoy the water, have a passion for child development and helping children to make progress and succeed.

What does the role involve?

• Learning our comprehensive curriculum through online and in-person training program
• Teaching quality swim lessons to the British Swim School Method and Standard
• Arriving to every scheduled shift with high energy, enthusiasm and professionalism

• You will work some afternoons, early evenings and often on weekends

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
