Click here to watch Company: ROE Dental Laboratory Position: Corporate Video Location: Independence, OH Status: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM Position Summary ROE Dental Laboratory's marketing team is seeking a talented and innovative Corporate Videographer to bring our brand stories to life through compelling video content. This role plays a key part in developing high-impact videos for marketing campaigns, internal communications, educational initiatives, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with strong technical skills to produce engaging content that supports and elevates ROE's mission across all departments. Key Responsibilities - Capture video content across multiple formats: interviews, screen recordings, web conferences, promotional content, training materials, event coverage, and product
- demonstrations
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage the full video production lifecycle, from pre-production through final delivery
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including video editing, sound design, color correction, graphics, and animations
- Handle video exporting and online publishing across various distribution channels
- Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems
- Collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain equipment inventory and an organized file management system
- Direct individuals on how to present better on camera, including non-verbal communication, vocal delivery, and energy level
Qualifications - Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Previous professional corporate videography experience preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in corporate video production across multiple formats
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and screen capture software
- Experience with multiple video capture formats and professional video equipment
- Knowledge of video codecs, file formats, compression, and exporting processes
- Understanding of color correction, audio post-production, and online publishing workflows
