CDL Driver Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $40.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport fresh produce across regional routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper temperature control throughout transit to ensure product quality and freshness.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Manage delivery schedules, ensuring on-time arrivals and professional communication with customers and dispatch.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and documentation requirements.
• Handle loading and unloading tasks as needed while maintaining product integrity and safe handling procedures.

CDL Driver Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR and safe driving history
• Minimum 2 years of recent over the road or regional driving experience.
• Prefer experience hauling refrigerated freight
• Strong understanding of DOT compliance, hours-of-service regulations, and temperature-controlled transport

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
