This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, proactive performance testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You'll Do:** + Install, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building management. + Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration systems and commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment. + Perform scheduled maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. + Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment restoration and operation. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact the quality of own work. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Deliver own output by following standardized procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You'll Need** : + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4 plus years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work + Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and leadership. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, etc. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + Experience with SAP is recommended + Proven experience with safety background for industrial and chemical industry policies + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
