Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to aid in the installation, maintenance and repairing of machinery and equipment as well providing maintenance for the manufacturing facilities and offices.

Hours: 4:15pm - 2:15am Monday - Thursday

$3.00 shift differential

Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:

*Perform preventative maintenance

* Repair pneumatic and electric hand tools

*Electromechanical repair

*Facility upkeep

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be proficient in the maintenance and mechanical repair of production equipment as listed:

* CNC Punch Machine

* CNC Bend Machine

* CNC Milling Machine

* Mechanical Shear

* Hydraulic Press Brakes

* Pneumatic hand tools

* High Pressure wash systems

* Welder and lead repairs

Must be proficient in electrical mechanical maintenance including: 3 Phase Motors, AC/DC Drives, PLC, Hydraulics and pneumatics.

* Welding, is a Plus but not required.

* Assist with building and site maintenance.

* Good problem solving ability.

* Strong people/communication skills.

* Must be willing to be On-Call.

* The ability to work safely and maintain a clean working environment.

* 2-year experience in Industrial maintenance.

* Qualified candidate should have a 2-year associate degree in engineering/Technical Field or time equivalent job experience.

* Hands on approach with Troubleshooting and experience on industrial machinery.

* Possess a valid driver’s license.
