Location: On-site in Wadsworth, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $47,000 – $53,000 depending on experience

• Review and verify invoices and check requests

• Sort, code, and match invoices

• Set invoices up for payment and process check runs

• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

• Maintain vendor files and manage vendor correspondence

• Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist in reconciling general ledger accounts

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
