Position Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner - Payments Compliance to join a leading global financial services organization with operations across North America. This consultant will support compliance technology initiatives within global payments, partnering with business and technology teams to manage product workstreams and enhance sanctions transaction screening capabilities.

Essential Duties:

· Act as Product Owner supporting payments compliance initiatives and Fircosoft Continuity for sanctions transaction screening.

· Collaborate with business and technology teams to define product capabilities and priorities.

· Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

· Support API development initiatives and integration with payment and compliance systems.

· Contribute to PI planning, sprint planning, and Agile delivery metrics.

· Provide input to product status reporting and roadmap development.

· Lead sprint demonstrations and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.

· SAFe Certification required.

· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.

· Experience supporting payments compliance, transaction screening, or financial crime compliance systems preferred.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.

· SAFe Certification required.

· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.

· Experience supporting payments compliance, transaction screening, or financial crime compliance systems preferred.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $58 - 63.
