Computer User Support Analyst - 505757

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a dedicated Computer User Support Analyst to join our team supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets, assisting users with hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS images, applications, and system tools.
• Troubleshoot various IT issues to provide swift resolutions for end-users.
• Utilize ticketing systems (like Remedy or ServiceNow) to log, track, and resolve user issues.
• Deploy IT components and assist in the setup of user workstations.
• Document support processes and resolutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation as needed.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with DoD standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent 8570 certification).
• Active Secret clearance is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
