Atone Chiropractic is a faith-based, mission-focused office that is centered on empowering our community to take charge of their own healing. We offer nervous system-centered chiropractic care, serving children, parents, individuals, pregnant women, and full families. Our atmosphere is fast-paced, positive, and family oriented. This position is one of LONGEVITY and will challenge you to grow not only professionally but personally as well.

Job Type: Part-time or full time, looking for the right person. MUST be somewhat flexible and able to stay a few later nights/week (15-25+ hours/week)

What to Expect:

The main objectives of this position are communicating with moms/caregivers/individuals about themselves and/or their children, believing in their healing potential, and also performing nervous system scans on practice members of all ages.

* On a daily basis, you can expect to connect with practice members, communicate with excellence, memorize/utilize office verbiage, perform CLA INSIGHT nervous-system assessments, consultations, input clinical notes to the computer, be cross-trained in other positions, assist with scheduling/re-scheduling tasks, handle financial agreements/discussions, answer phones, respond to office messages and emails, assist with opening/mid-day/closing checklists, support the team where needed, and provide an excellent experience to all.

Pay: $20-25 (bonuses available, not listed: training wage)

Team Member Hours (vary per person):

Monday: 9:00am- 6:30-7:30pm (break taken between 12:30pm-2:30pm)

Tuesday: 12:00pm -6:30-7:30pm (team meeting from 12:00-2:00pm)

Wednesday: 9:00am- 6:30pm-7:30pm (break taken between 12:30pm-2:30pm)

Thursday: 9:00am- 6:30pm-7:30pm (break taken between 12:30pm-2:30pm)

Friday: Occasional hours, 1x/month or less

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Training schedule may look different based on office-needs

Will start with training pay and wages will increase with performance (phone verbiage, consultation & education performance, tour verbiage, etc)
