Sales & Service Associate
Downtown Cincinnati
$20–$24/hour
Looking to start a career in sales? We’re hiring outgoing, competitive individuals for an inbound Sales & Service Associate role with a nationally recognized brand.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Review existing policies and offer supplemental coverage when it makes sense
- Build rapport, drive conversations, and meet performance goals
- Ideal call volume: 25–30 calls/day

Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–5 years experience
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales; people-person mentality
