Class B Truck Driver
We are a growing company with a large fleet, currently seeking hard-working, dependable drivers to join our team. Commercial Drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring the safe and dependable delivery and performance of our services to our customers. If you have a strong work ethic and a professional manner, this challenging position is right for you!
We are looking for full-time Class B truck/delivery drivers in {your city, state} who have experience in:
- operating and driving single vehicles with gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 26,000 pounds
- loading and unloading freight using proper freight handling equipment
- ensuring load contents are securely packed and organized
- maintaining detailed driving and delivery logs
- performing regular inspections and necessary vehicle maintenance (oil, fuel, tire pressure, etc.)
- following delivery and rest schedules
- maneuvering and parking large trucks or buses
- navigating routes with GPS and/or other routing systems
Applicants must:
- possess and maintain a valid Class B drivers license with Tanker endorsement or willing to obtain Tanker endorsement.
- pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
- maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be able to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack
