Entry Level Sales Marketing Trainee
We are hiring an Entry Level Sales | Marketing Trainee in Downtown Dayton, OH. This role is suitable for college graduates or individuals seeking a career change.
Responsibility:- Assist in day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Conduct presentations at our daily events.
- Address queries and concerns from clients and customers at our daily events
- Achieve company and client KPIs.
Qualifications:
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving and surpassing goals and objectives.
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- A background in B2C | Sales | Training | Leadership or Recruitment: 1-3 years preferred not required.

Job:
- Full-time: Monday-Saturday
Training:
- Paid training and ongoing support will be provided.
Compensation Package:
- Weekly base pay
- Bonus opportunities + incentives
- Uncapped Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift: Monday thru Saturday Required
Education:
- High school or equivalent: Required
