**Job Description**
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of related experience
- Ability to coordinate, coach and support product teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Passion for agile ways of working and ability to champion these practices
- Familiarity with ATM products teams or ATM -specific processes
- Conceptual knowledge of business operations and process improvement
- Technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation and controls

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
