Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, assist with clinical tasks, and play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly. From patient interactions to social media engagement, you’ll help enhance the patient experience at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out for procedures.
- Answer phone calls and handle other front desk duties efficiently.
- Provide administrative support and complete tasks promptly.
- Prepare exam rooms, escort patients, and assist with initial intake.
- Support providers with room setup, turnover, and organization.
- Communicate pre- and post-care instructions to patients.
- Contribute to social media content creation and engagement (Instagram, etc.).
- Help maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment.
- Participate in creating and posting social media and marketing content.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (preferred in a medical or aesthetic setting).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including some mornings and evenings.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and patient care.
