Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, assist with clinical tasks, and play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly. From patient interactions to social media engagement, you’ll help enhance the patient experience at every level.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out for procedures.
• Answer phone calls and handle other front desk duties efficiently.
• Provide administrative support and complete tasks promptly.
• Prepare exam rooms, escort patients, and assist with initial intake.
• Support providers with room setup, turnover, and organization.
• Communicate pre- and post-care instructions to patients.
• Contribute to social media content creation and engagement (Instagram, etc.).
• Help maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment.
• Participate in creating and posting social media and marketing content.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (preferred in a medical or aesthetic setting).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including some mornings and evenings.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and patient care.
