Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and handling of materials throughout our facility. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety practices in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate various material handling equipment, including cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks, to move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed to prevent damage.
• Accurately pick orders according to specifications, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices for materials handling.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in building pallets for storage or shipping as needed, ensuring proper stacking methods are utilized.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role within a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating order pickers and other material handling equipment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Hours

Sunday thru Wednesday 6am thru 4pm. or Wednesday thru Saturday 6am - 4pm. Overtime maybe required

2nd shift- Monday thru Friday- 4pm till 12am.

Napoleon site- Monday thru Friday 7am till 3pm.
