Precision Exotic Metals Welder-Fabricator

Start your day with a blueprint in hand and a clear plan. You’ll interpret drawings, fixture parts, and execute high-spec welds on carbon steel, stainless, Inconel, and aluminum. Some days you’ll jump into our robotic cell to program, set up, and run automated welds; other days you’ll form plate and structural shapes, compute angles with trig tables, and bring complex layouts to life. Throughout your shift, you’ll verify quality, document results, and drive toward—and beyond—routed standards.

What you’ll do

• Produce high-quality MIG and TIG welds to fabricate parts, products, and equipment.
• Repair components by straightening or reshaping with or without heat and hydraulic tools.
• Program, set up, and operate robotic welding machinery as needed.
• Use trigonometric charts/tables to determine side lengths and angles.
• Create flat layouts; set up and run fabrication equipment to form sheet, plate, and structural materials to size.
• Consistently achieve or surpass routed production and quality standards.

Who you are

• 3–5 years of MIG and TIG experience across carbon steel, stainless, Inconel, and aluminum.
• Comfortable operating foundational fab tools (e.g., shear, cut-off saw).
• Strong blueprint and weld-symbol literacy; GD&T familiarity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with robotic welding machines is a plus.

Tools and processes you’ll work with

• MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding
• Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation

Shifts and compensation

• First shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; 30-minute unpaid lunch; approximately 50 hours/week with overtime.
• Second shift: Choose from 4x10s, 5x10s, or 4x12s; includes a 25% shift differential.
• Pay: $20–$40 per hour, commensurate with skill and experience.
