The Quality Engineer for our Kenton, OH plant will provide data that describes or measures the position’s scope and impact on the business. This role will limit the data to those areas which the position/role influences or impacts in a measurable way, e.g., expense, budget, output measures, quantity, quality, headcount responsibility (direct and/or indirect). This position directly impacts the facility’s ability to meet its OEE, OTIF, Complaints per Billion Units, and Process Waste goals. Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 Years manufacturing experience
- Professional problem solving experience ie Kepner Tregoe, Six Sigma, Fishbone.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude
- Project Management Skills
- Software Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Minitab experience preferred
