Responsibilities – Service Technician:

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance which includes diagnoses, engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and air-conditioning.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for repairs.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.

• Automotive work history experience required
• ASE Certification preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Focused on providing excellent customer service
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Valid, in-state driver’s license and good driving record
