Job Overview The Partnership Success Coordinator plays a key role in connecting industry partners with University of Cincinnati student talent. This position works directly with employers and internal teams to ensure that partner talent needs are being effectively met through strategic recruiting activities, job postings, and events. This coordinator will support on-campus recruiting initiatives, monitor application traffic in Handshake, and collaborate with career counselors and relationship managers to ensure employer and student alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven by completion of tasks, and able to prioritize multiple partner needs in a fast-paced environment. CCPS is hiring multiple candidates for this role. This role will primarily function from the 1819 Innovation Hub, located at 2900 Reading Road. CCPS participates in the University's alternative work program; this position may be hybrid in accordance with UC policies. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions Collaborate with account managers and relationship managers to understand employer hiring needs and develop strategies for connecting them to student talent. Ensure new partners are effectively promoted to students and are receiving the appropriate applicants. Review employer postings in Handshake to ensure appropriate student application flow and suggest improvements where necessary. Research relevant student audiences and collaborate with career coaches and CCPS comms team to distribute job opportunities and increase visibility of key partner roles. Execute all industry-facing events in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Events, including events like on-campus recruiting days, info sessions, and job fairs. Maintain consistent communication with career counselors to stay informed of student search trends, talent availability, and academic cycles. Work with industry partners to understand and fulfill their recruiting needs, and coach them on best practices for student engagement. Serve as a bridge between employers, the Relationship team, and campus stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates on all partnership activity. Assist in the development and implementation of the Partner Engagement Plan. Educate recruiters and partners on effective strategies for campus engagement, job postings, and student outreach within the UC environment. Responsible for updating employer records to reflect recruiting and engagement activity. Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time. Required Education Bachelors Degree RequiredRequired Experience Two (2) years of relevant experience (employer relations, recruiting, event coordination, or higher education preferred). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professional correspondence. Experience using job boards and CRM systems (Handshake preferred). Additional Qualifications Considered Experience supporting employer or student engagement in higher education. Knowledge of recruiting timelines, internship programs, or industry hiring practices. Experience in event planning and partner engagement strategies. Physical Requirements/Work Environment- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
