Dedicated Truck Driver Regional Weekend Home Time

10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting Dedicated CDL-A truck drivers for regional, weekend home time routes. This role focuses on reliable, drop-and-hook, no-touch dry van freight with consistent schedules, late-model tractors, and onsite management to support driver performance and safety. Routes operate primarily east of I‑35.

Compensation and pay structure

• Pay: $0.58–$0.60 per mile
• Average recent driver annualized earnings: approximately $87,500 (based on last 6–12 months)
• Detention pay: $25.00 per hour
• Stop pay: $19.00 per stop
• Strapping pay: $20.00 per load
• Holiday pay: $325.00 per day
• Safety training pay: $20.00 per hour
• New hire training pay: $330.00 per day
• Paid online orientation

Schedule and equipment

• Regional lanes with predictable, weekend home time
• Majority no-touch, drop-and-hook freight
• Assigned late-model tractors (Freightliner or Kenworth)

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Execute drop-and-hook pickups and deliveries for no-touch dry van freight
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD), trip reports, and DVIRs
• Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure loads and perform basic load securement tasks when required
• Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch and customers

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a safety-first orientation
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic trip documentation
