Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative comfortable with occasional sales to join our local insurance team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing excellent service, handling customer inquiries, and noting opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Process policies, applications, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to promote additional products.
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Motivated to improve their personal situation through consistent work and obtaining goals.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete detailed processes and has solid organizational skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficient or willing to learn basic computer software and insurance management systems.
