What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook at Castel Noel you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. - Managing prep work and ensuring ingredients are fresh and ready for use. - Assisting with inventory management and minimizing food waste. - Bringing creativity and attention to detail to every dish you prepare.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - 3 years of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role. - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. - A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and you will be off all holidays : ) Part Time or Full time
