In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their needs. You’ll work on renewing and retaining existing business while also driving new business growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be key as you collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver results. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop innovative strategies and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
• License required.

Preferred:

• Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.
• Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
