At Color and Style Flooring, we don’t just sell floors; we help our neighbors build their dream homes. We are looking for a motivated, "people person" to join our close-knit team as a Part-Time Flooring & Design Consultant . If you have an eye for style and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

· Design Guidance: Act as the Expert Consultant, helping customers select the perfect hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, or carpet for their lifestyle.

· Sales & Quoting: Greet showroom visitors, build rapport, and provide accurate sales quotes that bring their projects to life.

· Showroom Excellence: Maintain a visually stunning showroom where our products are always organized and ready to inspire.

· Hands-On Support: Assist with the loading and unloading of freight to keep our inventory moving.

· Local Deliveries: Get out of the showroom and behind the wheel! You’ll occasionally help with customer deliveries (must have a valid Ohio driver's license and be comfortable driving a box truck).

What We Look For:

· Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but a passion for design is essential.

· Communication: A friendly, professional communicator who makes every customer feel at home.

· Adaptability: The ability to learn product details quickly—from durability ratings to installation basics.

· Availability: Someone who can work weekdays and Saturdays to support our busiest hours.

· Physical Ability: Able to lift and move flooring materials (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
