Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a PMO/Project Manager based remotely (EST) for a 12-month contract opportunity with their largest Medical Device client. This individual will lead a multi-dimensional, cross-functional initiative transforming how the commercial organization plans, creates, approves, and disseminates promotional content for internal and external stakeholders. 2026 will mark year 3 (final year) of this program, but there is a potential for the program to go to a 4th year.

This role oversees 10 workstreams (7 launched this year, 5 entering change management, 2 expanding solutions, and 2 new), driving harmonization, co-creation, and automated channel syndication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight and execution management across 10 interconnected workstreams.

• Apply Agile principles to enhance team productivity and accelerate delivery of business value.

• Lead process design/redesign to simplify, harmonize, and improve operational efficiency.

• Partner with business leaders to implement functional strategies and drive transformation.

• Ensure cross-team dependency alignment and proactively manage risks, gaps, and opportunities.

• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across all workstreams.

• Track and communicate progress, impact, and value realization to stakeholders.

• Manage external partnerships (e.g., vendors, product teams) to support program goals.

• Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement as part of broader PMO responsibilities.

• Act as a strategic advisor, connecting dots across teams and surfacing insights to leadership

Skills and Requirements

-Minimum of 5+ years of PMO experience with complex projects, large-scale programs, and business system/process transformations

-Change Management experience

-Agile - Aprimo/ Digital Asset Management Platforms

-Prior J&J or Life Sciences industry experience

-Jira & Confluence (or any Atlassian documentation tools)

-PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe certification
