We're seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to maintain and repair plumbing systems in tenant-occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential plumbing and be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve a variety of issues.

$21 - $25 hourly

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties in Middletown, OH
• Perform snake/camera drain services when needed
• Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems in the area
• Safely and effectively utilize plumbing tools and equipment in accordance with local codes
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients in Middletown, OH
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times while working as a Plumbing Technician

• Previous work experience as a plumbing technician is a must
• Possesses proficiency in comprehending and working with plumbing systems and equipment
• Ability to accurately interpret blueprints
• Skilled in effectively solving problems and troubleshooting various plumbing issues
• Strong emphasis on work ethic and meticulous attention to detail is required
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
