Position Overview

We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team for commercial locations such as offices, healthcare facilities, and wellness spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys deep cleaning, takes initiative, and values creating a refreshed environment for others.

Typical duties include:

• Deep cleaning restrooms, offices, and shared spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Refilling supplies and maintaining janitorial inventory
• Emptying trash, maintaining floors, and checking for maintenance issues
• Following cleaning checklists and safety protocols
• Locking and securing facilities after cleaning

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds, bend, scrub, and stand for several hours
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Respectful communication with clients and coworkers
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we train the right person

Schedule

• Flexible evening shifts available
• 5 shifts per week (20+ hours, depending on assignment and availability)
• Opportunities for growth into site lead or supervisor positions
