Job Responsibilities of a Practice Manager:
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage various aspects of practice operations, including staff coordination, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Focused On Patient Experience: Champion a patient-centric approach, ensuring warm greetings, comfort, and responsive care throughout their visit. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient experience, ensuring patient’s needs are met with care and professionalism.
- Collaborative Oversight: Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional overall patient experiences.
- Financial Management and Profitability Oversight: Lead the team in handling insurance-related matters, ensuring accurate claims processing, and streamlining billing procedures to optimize patient satisfaction. Additionally, drive efforts to achieve annual profitability goals through effective financial management.
- Effective Communication and Leadership Proficiency: Expertly deliver treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients. Demonstrate aptitude in team communication, training, and leadership, ensuring cohesive internal interactions.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful dental practice management.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Open Dental software, demonstrating ease and confidence in its application.
- Business Acumen: Possess a fundamental grasp of business accounting and Excel proficiency.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them toward a common goal.
