Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant to join our teams at both Camargo Cadillac and Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group. This is a full-time sales job that offers compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid monthly. This position requires sales and customer service experience in the auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service.
• Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty.
• Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options.
• Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit.
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed customer records.

Requirements:

• Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service.
• A successful track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
• A friendly, upbeat, and confident personality.
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems.
