360 Heating and Cooling Specialist is a family owned and operated business. Due to high and sustainable growth we’re seeking to employ experienced Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic). We cover several sectors in the HVAC industry including commercial and residential, and we’re on the lookout for our next gun Team member.

About the Role

Key responsibilities

- HVAC installation and service on Commercial and Residential from split systems through to Chillers and BMS.

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

- Estimating and writing scope extensions, if required

- Identifying and provide the best solution to customer needs

- Staying up to date on industry trends and technologies

- Reporting on successes and areas that require improvement

Pre-requisites. The right applicant must have:

- Current, valid Australian driver’s license

- 3+ years of work experience

- A strong WHS mindset and take pride in their work

- Experience in the residential and commercial sector

- Refrigerant Handling License

- Supervisor or Contractor HVAC License

- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)

- A current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)

Additional Desirable Skills

- Stock and material level management experience

- Small project management experience

- Strong technical background in HVAC industry

- A sound technical ability to conduct fault finding and complete repairs

- Self-motivation, good work ethics and a positive mindset
