PowerBI Developer
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Developer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities:
- Accountable for consistent delivery of functional software - sprint to sprint, release to release
- Precision in software development practices and procedures
- Power BI Developer will participate in application-level architecture - able to drive the solution
- Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts
- Responsible for QA readiness of software work you are doing (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation)
- Responsible for supporting implementation of initiatives
- As a Power BI Developer, you will work on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project
- Assists in developing departmental technical policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/similar technical subject area and 10+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in Power BI
- Extensive experience in SQL
- Extensive experience in working in a data warehouse environment
- Experience in Snowflake
- Experience in AWS, Airflow and Python
- Experience in Data engineering, Data Modeling and Data analysis
- Experience in OBIEE/OAS is preferred
