*Job Description: Experienced MIG Welder *
*Location *: Niles, Ohio
*Pay *: $18/hr (Depending on Skill Set)
⏰ *Shift *: 1st Shift (M-F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

*Position Overview: *
We are looking for an *Experienced MIG Welder * to join our team in the Rubber Door Shop at a local Niles facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a basic understanding of stick welding. Proficiency in plasma cutting is a plus! *Key Responsibilities: *
️ Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and skill
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine welding requirements
Use various welding equipment and tools safely and effectively
•️ Basic knowledge of stick welding and plasma cutting techniques
Maintain quality standards by inspecting welds and making adjustments as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production

*Qualifications: *
✔️ Proven experience in MIG welding
✔️ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
✔️ Basic knowledge of stick welding and plasma cutting
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Good communication skills
