Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

• Assistant Infant Lead Teacher: $12.00–$13.00/hr (based on education & experience)
• Floater: $11.00–$11.50/hr (based on education & experience)

Minimum Requirements (Both Roles)

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Willingness to learn and grow — we’ll train the right person
• Dependable, nurturing, and a team player
• Strong communication and basic organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months (company support provided)

Role Details -Assistant Infant Lead Teacher (Infant Room: 6 weeks–18 months)

• Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, loving, developmentally appropriate classroom
• Assist with engaging, age-appropriate activities that build sensory, motor, and social skills
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and follow daily routines
• Build positive relationships with families and teammates
• (Experience in childcare preferred, but we will train the right candidate)

Floater (Supports Multiple Age Groups)

• Assist Lead Teachers across classrooms to support ratios and smooth transitions
• Help with diapering/toileting, handwashing, and daily routines
• Keep environments safe, clean, and organized
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and confidentiality guidelines
• Participate in required trainings and staff meetings
