Maintenance Supervisor
Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Cincinnati, OH, Zip: 45241
Salary: $100,000- $125,000/year
Schedule: Mon-Fri,10p-6:30a
Founded in the early 1900s we are a mid-sized wholesale provider of commercial and industrial flooring solutions. Our headcount has increased over 10% the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in our space. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on the 3rd shift to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and workflows for the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and prioritize repairs.
- Lead and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Manage and track maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and industrial maintenance best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
