At Blaze Athletics Club, we’re more than just a gymnastics gym. We specialize in Gymnastics, Dance, Cheerleading, and Track and Field, offering programs for both typical and adaptive athletes. If you’re excited about teaching, coaching, and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As our Program Director, you’ll play a vital role in leading and shaping our programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the development and execution of programs across Gymnastics, Dance, and Cheerleading.
- Coaching athletes of all ages and abilities, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborating with staff to create engaging training plans tailored to both typical and adaptive athletes.
- Mentoring and supporting coaches to maintain high standards of instruction and safety.
- Building strong relationships with athletes and their families to foster a sense of community and trust.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with:
- A minimum of 1 year of coaching experience —prior experience is a must!
- A passion for teaching and inspiring athletes of all abilities.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage programs effectively.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
- An inclusive mindset that aligns with our mission to support both typical and adaptive athletes.
